3 words to describe how our parishes have grown over the last 10 years

To celebrate and give thanks for what God has done throughout the diocese in past 10 years, linking in with our diocesan motto of “Transforming Communities Radiating Christ” there will be a Diocesan wide event in the Millennium Forum in October where posters from each parish or group of parishes will be displayed highlighting what has been achieved.
We are looking for 3 words to describe our parishes to give a theme for our poster. We need suggestions. There will be suggestion boxes at the back of the churches.
